I try to ensure that my teapots are fully functional with anti-drip spouts and lids designed to minimise the risk of coming adrift when you pour. Most of them are thrown from a single piece of clay with only minor additions ( e.g small knobs on the lid). For me teapots are most often small animals but dinosaurs have been known to creep in.
